Core Responsibilities
- Transport residents on shopping/medical trips, group events, cultural events and other appointments as needed.
- Monitor minor vehicle maintenance, gas usage, mileage log, oil changes and cleaning vehicles inside and out.
- Understand, comply with, and promote all rules regarding resident rights.
- Promote positive relationships with residents, visitors, and regulators.
- Demonstrate the ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
Experience and Skills
- Must have a solid working knowledge of Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington county roads/addresses.
- Must possess a valid, current CDL with bus endorsement.
- Must possess an Oregon Driver’s License and a safe driving record for a minimum of the previous three years.
- Knowledge/Certification in First Aid and CPR.

Skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Solid working knowledge of the Portland Metro Area.
- Comfortable with assisting residents with boarding, seating, loading, unloading packages, and wheelchair accessibility protocols.
