This role is responsible for safely operating company trucks to deliver Coca-Cola products to designated retail and commercial accounts, following all scheduled routes and delivery instructions. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading products, rotating and stocking merchandise, building and maintaining product displays, and ensuring accurate delivery documentation. The CDL Driver Merchandiser interacts with customers regularly, providing courteous service, addressing delivery-related questions, and helping maintain strong relationships with account contacts. The role also requires adherence to company safety standards, DOT regulations, and all applicable policies and procedures.Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and proven truck driving experience.Hands-on experience with truck operation, loading, unloading, and product handling in a delivery or distribution environment.Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements, including hours-of-service, vehicle inspections, and safe driving practices.Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills for working with store personnel and teammates.Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling product and equipment throughout the workday.Reliable time management skills and the ability to follow delivery schedules and route plans accurately.High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in beverage or consumer goods merchandising is beneficial.Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and willingness to follow company policies and procedures.
