CDL Driver & Material Handler - $1000 Sign On Bonus

About the role

Join our team as a truck driver with a schedule that allows you to be home daily with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, including using a pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload, and ensuring delivery of the ticket with materials.
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to your supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, and delivery, is a plus.
• Good communication and customer service skills, as well as general digital literacy.

Pay

The pay rate for this role is $30/hour depending on experience, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid out after 90 days. Estimated pay range: $19.26 - $30.76/hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6 AM to 3:30 PM or until route completion.
