CDL Driver / Hazmat / Local Route Delivery

Requirements

  • Current Class A or B CDL with (or willing to obtain) Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
  • Safely operate company truck and equipment
  • Represent the company and proactively build customer relationships through excellent and appropriate customer interactions
  • Handle, maneuver, load, and organize high pressure and cryogenic cylinders and palletized hard goods on trucks and trailers
  • Ability to install beverage micro bulk CO2 systems
  • Available to cover after hours, weekend, holiday, and on call work as business requires
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal regulations and laws
  • Ability to lift 100lbs
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Excellent driving record and if selected, ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities and requirements

Read maps and select the best route to reach the delivery address. Drivers follow a computer-generated Route and Sequence delivery plan. Use handheld computers for conducting customer transaction paperwork as well as compliance needs. Handle, maneuver, load, and organize high pressure and cryogenic cylinders and palletized hard goods on trucks and trailers. Install beverage micro bulk CO2 systems. Be available to cover after hours, weekend, holiday, and on-call work as business requires. Adhere to company policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal regulations and laws. Lift up to 100lbs. Have a high school education or equivalent. Have an excellent driving record and be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
