CDL Driver / Hazmat / Local Route Delivery

About the Role

Roberts Oxygen, a trusted name in industrial, medical, and specialty gases and equipment, is seeking a dedicated CDL Driver for local route deliveries in Orlando, FL. You'll be a key player in providing safe, timely, and accurate deliveries while building strong customer relationships and collaborating with internal production teams.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company truck and equipment
• Represent the company and proactively build customer relationships through excellent service
• Read maps and select the best route to reach delivery addresses, following a computer-generated route and sequence plan
• Use handheld computers for customer transaction paperwork and compliance needs
• Handle, maneuver, load, and organize high-pressure and cryogenic cylinders and palletized hard goods on trucks and trailers
• Adhere to company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations
• Cover after-hours, weekend, holiday, and on-call work as required by business needs

Requirements

• Current Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift 100 lbs
• High school education or equivalent
• Excellent driving record and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
