About the role

This position involves delivering materials to customers, assisting with loading and unloading, ensuring delivery of tickets, and handling customer returns. You will perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report any issues to your supervisor. Additionally, you will assist warehouse personnel with order preparation, receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming materials.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver materials to customers, including assistance with loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material.
  • Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor.
  • Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material.
  • Work overtime as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

  • Valid CDL license.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements and follow all DOT standards and regulations.
  • Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire one.
  • Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs.
  • Background in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, and delivery) is a plus.
  • Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
  • Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Pay

Pay Range: $22.14 - $35.37 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.

Schedule

  • 1st Shift, 40 hours weekly.
  • Overtime as needed.
  • No weekends.
  • Early starts mean you’re home earlier.
