About the Position
We are seeking CDL B Drivers for a local, home-daily opportunity in Kansas City. This role involves heavy-touch freight handling.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $27 per hour with overtime after 40 hours.
Schedule: Local routes with home-daily availability. Start time between 1–3 a.m.; drivers are home each day by 3 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and professionally on local routes.
- Handle freight using heavy-touch methods as required.
- Complete assigned deliveries and pickups efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct required vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery and transportation records.
- Provide courteous and professional service to customers and site personnel.
Requirements
- Valid CDL B License.
- 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
