Training may last up to 30 days and is typically conducted on the day shift. After successfully completing training, you will transition to the PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport fuel
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
• Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
• Maintain close communication with dispatch while keeping safety top priority

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements required (Doubles/Triples preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience
• Recent experience operating a manual transmission
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Clean driving record (MVR) with a strong commitment to safety
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, background check, and road test in a 13-18 speed manual transmission truck
• Physical requirements:
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Repetitive physical behaviors throughout a shift: standing, walking, handling, reaching horizontally, and grasping firmly
  • Frequent physical behaviors throughout a shift: reaching above the shoulder, reaching below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing
  • Occasionally lift and carry 75-100 lbs
  • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception
  • Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions

Pay

$85K-$105K annually

Schedule

PM Shift (start times between 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM) on a rotating 5/2, 5/3 schedule throughout the year. This is a long-term PM shift.

Shifts average 10–12 hours (occasional longer days based on weather, traffic and operations).

Equipment: Understanding of Samsara and slip/shared truck seating (required); modern, well-maintained manual trucks.

Environment: Year-round 24/7 operation includes weekend, holiday, and all-weather driving (including winter conditions and chaining when necessary).
