CDL Concrete Truck Operator/Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver concrete to residential and commercial job sites in a timely and efficient manner
• Operate volumetric concrete trucks, ensuring proper calibration and accurate product delivery on every pour
• Collaborate with site teams and project managers to confirm product requirements and coordinate delivery timing
• Maintain accurate delivery slips, logs, and any other required paperwork throughout each shift
• Return equipment to the yard in clean, organized condition at the end of each day

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record — required Tanker endorsement attached to CDL — required
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience; experience operating concrete delivery or volumetric equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety in all conditions
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks required by the role
• Able to commute to or relocate to Knoxville, TN or Athens, TN prior to starting work
