CDL (Class B) Delivery Driver

About the role

Imperial Brady is a leading North American distributor and solutions provider for cleaning and facility care, foodservice, and packaging. With more than 13,000 employees and a broad supply chain network, we deliver national scale with local expertise. The CDL Class B Delivery Driver will be responsible for a route of stops daily, delivering products and providing exceptional customer service. Deliveries require unloading product via hand, pallet jack, and dolly and delivering merchandise to the customer-designated location.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26' box truck of 26,000 pounds gross vehicle weight (GVW)
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (Class B)
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• Good driving record
• 1 year of recent CDL B experience
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
• Strong work ethic

Schedule

Wednesday to Saturday, 4:00 am to 3:30 pm or until finished.
