About the role
Responsible for operating delivery routes, loading and unloading packages at multiple stops, and ensuring timely deliveries. Must handle physical tasks such as lifting (up to 75 pounds), moving products, and maneuvering in various weather conditions. The driver operates within a cross-dock model, managing both pickups and returns, and may assist with loading and palletizing as needed.
Roles include verifying deliveries with customers, managing discrepancies, addressing customer complaints professionally, adhering to safety protocols, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations, and maintaining effective communication with management and customers.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of route delivery or similar driving experience
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class B (Class A preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, read traffic signs, and complete reports
- Capable of physical tasks including frequent lifting (up to 75 pounds), bending, and working in confined spaces
