CDL-A Yard Switcher - $25hr (Sun-Thr)

About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL-A Yard Switcher for an on-site, local position in Livonia, Michigan. This is a no-touch role focused primarily on yard operations, with occasional travel on a short public road to access a secured lot.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $25 per hour
• Overtime available after 40 hours
• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
• Must be available to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Safely switch and position trailers within the yard
• Move equipment between the yard and secured lot as needed
• Follow all applicable safety procedures and site requirements
• Maintain reliable attendance for scheduled overnight and weekend shifts

Requirements

• CDL-A license
• 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
