Responsibilities

• Hauling 100% no-touch refrigerated freight with no forced NYC dispatch
• Hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight with no forced NYC dispatch
• Earn detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage

Requirements

• CDL-A
• OTR Dry Van – 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated – 6–12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated – Refrigerated experience preferred
• Safe driving record

Pay

• Reefer Truck Driver: $0.60 – $0.66 CPM based on experience
• Dry Van Driver: $0.55 – $0.63 CPM based on experience
• Limited-time $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Detention, layover, and stop pay in addition to mileage
• Bi-annual compensation reviews ensure earnings grow with experience

Schedule

• Run 2,500–2,800+ miles per week on steady OTR freight
• Stay out about two weeks at a time with planned home time built into a reliable work-rest rhythm
• Typically running one to two weeks out with structured time off you can plan around
