Reefer Truck Driver details

• Top earning potential that rewards experience. Earn between $0.60 – $0.66 CPM based on experience.
• Limited time $2,500 sign-on bonus.
• Consistent miles with a predictable schedule. Run 2,500–2,800+ miles per week on steady OTR freight, staying out about two weeks at a time with planned home time built into a reliable work-rest rhythm.
• Easy freight, smoother days. Haul 100% no-touch refrigerated freight with no forced NYC dispatch.
• Dedicated opportunities available. Some locations offer dedicated routes – ask your recruiter for details.

Dry Van Driver details

• Strong pay that grows with you. Earn between $0.55 – $0.63 CPM based on experience.
• Limited time $2,500 sign-on bonus.
• Reliable miles with scheduled home time. Average 2,500–2,800+ miles per week on consistent OTR lanes, typically running one to two weeks out with structured time off you can plan around.
• No-touch freight, no NYC pressure. 100% no-touch dry van with no forced NYC dispatch.
• Extra pay for your time. Earn detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage.
• Regional options available. Some locations offer regional lanes – speak with a recruiter to learn more.

Requirements

• CDL-A
• OTR Dry Van – 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated – 6–12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated – Refrigerated experience preferred
• Safe driving record
