Responsibilities

• Run 2,500–2,800+ miles per week on steady OTR freight, staying out about two weeks at a time with planned home time built into a reliable work-rest rhythm.
• Hauling 100% no-touch refrigerated or dry van freight with no forced NYC dispatch.
• Earn detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage.

Requirements

• CDL-A
• OTR Dry Van – 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated – 6–12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated – Refrigerated experience preferred
• Safe driving record

Qualifications

• Limited-time $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Dedicated opportunities available; some locations offer dedicated routes
• Regional options available; some locations offer regional lanes

Skills

• Modern, driver-spec’d equipment: 2023+ trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and automatic transmissions

Pay

• Reefer Truck Driver: $0.60–$0.66 CPM based on experience
• Dry Van Driver: $0.55–$0.63 CPM based on experience
• Extra pay for detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage
• Base pay ranges from $0.55–$0.66 CPM; amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion
