CDL A Truck Driver - up to $92k / yr

Responsibilities

• Hauling 100% no-touch refrigerated or dry van freight
• Running 2,500–2,800+ miles per week on steady OTR freight
• Staying out about two weeks at a time with planned home time built into a reliable work-rest rhythm
• Earning detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage

Requirements

• CDL-A
• OTR Dry Van: 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated: 6–12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years; refrigerated experience preferred
• Safe driving record

Compensation

• Reefer Truck Driver: $0.60–$0.66 CPM based on experience; limited-time $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Dry Van Driver: $0.55–$0.63 CPM based on experience; limited-time $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Additional pay for detention, layover, and stop pay
• Bi-annual compensation reviews to ensure earnings grow with experience

Equipment

• Modern, driver-spec'd trucks (2023+ models)
• Trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and automatic transmissions
