Responsibilities

• Run 2,500–2,800+ miles per week on steady OTR freight, staying out about two weeks at a time with planned home time built into a reliable work-rest rhythm.
• Hauling 100% no-touch refrigerated or dry van freight with no forced NYC dispatch.
• Earn detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage.

Requirements

• CDL-A
• 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years for OTR Dry Van
• 6–12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years (refrigerated experience preferred) for OTR Refrigerated
• Safe driving record

Pay

• Reefer: $0.60–$0.66 CPM based on experience
• Dry Van: $0.55–$0.63 CPM based on experience
• Limited-time $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Detention, layover, and stop pay in addition to mileage
• Bi-annual compensation reviews ensure earnings grow with experience
