J&R Schugel is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for OTR positions in both refrigerated and dry van divisions. Drivers are part of an ESOP ownership program, building equity while hauling freight. Reefer Truck Driver Details

• Earn $0.60 - $0.66 CPM based on experience
• Limited time $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Run 2,500-2,800+ miles per week on steady OTR freight
• Stay out about two weeks at a time with planned home time
• Haul 100% no-touch refrigerated freight
• No forced NYC dispatch
• Dedicated opportunities available in some locations

Dry Van Driver Details

• Earn $0.55 - $0.63 CPM based on experience
• Limited time $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Average 2,500-2,800+ miles per week on consistent OTR lanes
• Typically run one to two weeks out with structured time off
• 100% no-touch dry van with no forced NYC dispatch
• Extra pay: detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage
• Regional options available in some locations

Requirements

• CDL-A
• OTR Dry Van: 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated: 6-12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• Refrigerated experience preferred for reefer positions
• Safe driving record
