J&R Schugel is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for OTR positions in both refrigerated and dry van divisions. Reefer Truck Driver Details

• Earn between $0.60 – $0.66 CPM based on experience
• Limited time $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Consistent miles with predictable schedule: 2,500–2,800+ miles per week on steady OTR freight, staying out about two weeks at a time with planned home time built into a reliable work-rest rhythm
• 100% no-touch refrigerated freight with no forced NYC dispatch

Dry Van Driver Details

• Earn between $0.55 – $0.63 CPM based on experience
• Limited time $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Reliable miles with scheduled home time: average 2,500–2,800+ miles per week on consistent OTR lanes, typically running one to two weeks out with structured time off
• 100% no-touch dry van with no forced NYC dispatch
• Extra pay for detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage

Requirements

• OTR Dry Van: 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated: 6–12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• Refrigerated experience preferred for reefer positions
• Safe driving record
