Responsibilities

• Run 2,500–2,800+ miles per week on steady OTR freight, staying out about two weeks at a time with planned home time built into a reliable work-rest rhythm
• Hauling 100% no-touch refrigerated or dry van freight with no forced NYC dispatch
• Earn detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage

Requirements

• CDL-A
• OTR Dry Van – 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
• OTR Refrigerated – 6–12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years; refrigerated experience preferred
• Safe driving record

Qualifications

• Limited-time $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Dedicated opportunities available at some locations
• Regional options available at some locations

Pay

• Reefer: $0.60–$0.66 CPM based on experience
• Dry Van: $0.55–$0.63 CPM based on experience
• Additional pay for detention, layover, and stop pay
• Bi-annual compensation reviews ensure earnings grow with experience
