Responsibilities

• Hauling 100% no-touch refrigerated freight (Reefer)
• Hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight
• Running 2,500–2,800+ miles per week on steady OTR freight
• Staying out about two weeks at a time with planned home time built into a reliable work-rest rhythm
• Earning detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage (Dry Van)

Requirements

• CDL-A
• 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years (OTR Dry Van)
• 6–12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years (OTR Reefer)
• Refrigerated experience preferred (OTR Reefer)
• Safe driving record

Compensation

• Reefer: $0.60–$0.66 CPM* based on experience
• Dry Van: $0.55–$0.63 CPM* based on experience
• Limited-time $2,500 sign-on bonus*
• Detention, layover, and stop pay (Dry Van)
• Bi-annual compensation reviews ensure earnings grow with experience
