Pay
Earn between $0.55 - $0.66 CPM based on experience and job type. Reefer Truck Drivers: $0.60 - $0.66 CPM. Dry Van Drivers: $0.55 - $0.63 CPM. Limited time $2,500 sign‑on bonus. Additional earnings include detention, layover, and stop pay. Bi‑annual compensation reviews ensure earnings grow with experience.
Schedule
Consistent miles with predictable schedule: average 2,500‑2,800+ miles per week on steady OTR freight, typically running one to two weeks out with structured time off you can plan around. Home time built into a reliable work‑rest rhythm.
Responsibilities
- Haul 100% no‑touch refrigerated (reefer) or dry van freight.
- No forced NYC dispatch.
- Opportunities for dedicated or regional lanes (check with recruiter).
- Maintain safe driving record and comply with DOT regulations.

Requirements
- CDL‑A license.
- OTR Dry Van: 6 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years.
- OTR Refrigerated: 6‑12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years; refrigerated experience preferred.
- Safe driving record.
