Requirements
- Valid CDL‑A license
- Minimum 3 months of verified tractor‑trailer driving experience
- At least 21 years old
- Starting pay based on verified safe driving experience (terms apply)
- Must complete 30 days of employment before eligibility for guaranteed weekly gross pay (terms apply)
Pay
- Starting pay rate from $0.45 per mile to $0.65 per mile (loaded and empty, includes per diem)
- Raise after first 30 days for accident‑free driving and high safety score
- Pay increases reviewed bi‑annually
- Weekly guarantee for working a full schedule (subject to terms)
- Detention pay
- Bonus opportunities, layover pay, and stop pay
- SAP friendly
- All amounts are gross pay, subject to federal, state, and local taxes
