Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A
• At least 3 months of verified tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Minimum age 21 years

Pay

• Starting pay rate from $0.45/mile to $0.65/mile (loaded and empty, includes per diem)
• Safety‑based raise after the first 30 days accident‑free and maintaining a high safety score
• Pay increases reviewed bi‑annually
• Eligible for a guaranteed weekly gross pay after 30 days, contingent on accident‑free record, no service failures, and continued employment through the date of payment
• Weekly guarantee for working a full schedule
