Requirements

• Valid CDL-A
• At least 3 months of verified tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Minimum 21 years old

Pay

• Starting pay rate from $0.45/mile to $0.65/mile, loaded and empty (includes per diem)
• Raise after first 30 days if accident‑free and maintain a high safety score
• Pay increases reviewed bi‑annually
• Detention pay
