You'll run the West, get paid every week, and have driver managers and dispatch support focused on keeping you moving.

Compensation

Start at $0.68 per mile, with the potential to earn up to $0.73 per mile in year one.

• Monthly mileage bonus: +1¢ per mile at 9,000 miles/month, +2¢ per mile at 10,000 miles/month, +3¢ per mile at 11,000 miles/month.
• Fuel efficiency bonus: +1¢ per mile.
• Safety bonus: +1¢ per mile for no preventable accidents or compliance violations.
• After one year, your bonus increases by 30%; each subsequent year your bonus increases 10% – up to double the original bonus rate.
