CDL A Local Truck Driver - Part Time

About the role

Join our dedicated team based in the Minneapolis area. We run consistent bulk freight for Owens Corning with daily home time and a predictable part time schedule. Local routes between Burnsville, Savage, Minneapolis, and Menomonie, Wisconsin. Opportunity to cover extra shifts during emergency needs. Work involves live loading and unloading plus potential work with preloads.

Responsibilities

• Operate dedicated bulk equipment for Owens Corning freight
• Perform live loading and unloading
• Handle preloads as needed
• Cover extra shifts during emergency needs when available

Requirements

• 6 months of verifiable CDL A truck driving experience REQUIRED
• Valid CDL A license (cannot have an automatic restriction)
• Ability to operate dedicated bulk equipment
• Reliable commuting to Burnsville, MN
• Must pass standard DOT physical and drug screen

Qualifications

• Driving: 6 months (Required)
• CDL: 6 months (Required)
• Flatbed (Preferred)

Schedule

Saturday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 24–32 hours per week within these days and time frame. Home daily.

Pay

25 percent commission, $900 weekly average for 24 to 32 hours.
