The Driver – CDL Class A position supports the Middletown, Ohio facility by loading company trucks, transporting products (cabinets, hardware, wood/laminate, lacquer/finish) to customers, assisting with warehouse operations when needed, and providing positive, friendly customer service as a visible company representative.

Responsibilities

• Load the company truck and transport Würth Baer Supply products to customers.
• Operate a 26‑foot curtain side truck with a 10‑speed manual transmission.
• Use a company‑provided cell phone app to plan routes.
• Assist with general warehouse operations (receiving, picking, etc.) when required.
• Provide positive, friendly customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Perform essential functions including lifting and lowering packages up to 70 lb using proper techniques.
• Adapt to fluctuating temperatures while performing duties.
• Average 10‑12 daily stops serving primarily the Cincinnati area.

Requirements

• Valid CDL‑A or CDL‑B.
• Safe driving record (MVR).
• Legally authorized to operate manual transmissions and proficient with 10‑speed vehicles.
• Valid DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate).
• Registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Ability to wear company uniform and protective footwear (composite or steel toe).

Pay

$26.00/HR starting pay. $2000 Performance Bonus (before applicable taxes): Drivers in good standing with the company will receive $1,000 after 90 days of employment and another $1,000 after 180 days of employment. Safety, attendance, attitude, and consistent on‑time arrivals to work each day are all calculated into the decision of being considered in good standing with the company.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday day shift; start time 4:00 AM ET (EST). Route completion typically by 12:00 PM–1:00 PM ET, but drivers remain until daily deliveries are finished. No nights, no weekends. Local route serving the Cincinnati area.
