About the role
TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Joliet, IL. This is a Long term Flex assignment with the potential to lead to long-term placement opportunities. We offer steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
- Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Requirements
- License: CDL A
- Experience: 1+ years of recent CDL A INTERMODAL experience REQUIRED
- Endorsements: Hazmat required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no recent major violations or preventable DOT-reportable accidents)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
Schedule
- Monday - Saturday, 3am - 2pm

$38 Per Hour with Hazmat endorsement
