Driver CDL (1st Shift) - $27.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assisting with loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of tickets with materials.
• Pick up customer returns, validate product matches for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, refuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to the supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Aid warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed, adhering to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Meet and maintain DOT standards and regulations.
• Possess a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, and delivery is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Skills

Strong communication skills, customer focus, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Basic technology proficiency is also required.

Pay

The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. The role is eligible for bonuses or incentive plans.

Schedule

This position is: 1st Shift, 40 hours weekly, with occasional overtime, no weekends.
