- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift, home daily
- Pay: $27–$28 per hour
- Route type: Local
- Freight: Concrete materials, building materials
- Equipment: Tractor trailer, flatbed, automatic transmission
- Handling: Flatbed strapping required
Responsibilities
- Safely operate CDL-A flatbed on local routes
- Transport concrete materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks including strapping and unstrapping
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including strapping
Requirements
- CDL-A license
- 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- Previous flatbed experience required
- Clean motor vehicle record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
