About The Job

Andrus Transportation Services is hiring CDL A Regional / OTR Dry Van Drivers for routes through the Western United States. Enjoy stability and a driver-centric culture with low turnover. Drive no-touch loads across WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, UT, AZ, and CO while staying close to home.

Pay

$68,000/yr (ranges between $55,000 to over $80,000 depending on experience and miles driven). Competitive mileage pay and bonuses.

Schedule

• On the road for 7-10 days with flexible home-time options
• Work with support staff to customize routes matching your needs

Responsibilities

• Drive regional dry van routes through the Western U.S. (CA, NV, AZ, UT, CO, ID, OR, WA)
• Handle varying load types: no touch, live load/unload, and drop & hook

Equipment & Support

• New automatic Freightliner and Volvo trucks (no older than 3 years)
• Premium interiors, ELDs, PrePass, Qualcomm, and Transflo
• Personal Fleet Manager (you’ll be known by name)
• 24/7 personalized support

Requirements

• At least 23 years old
• At least 12 months of Class A CDL driving experience
• No DUI/DWI, reckless driving, or other major judgments in the past 5 years
• Class A CDL
