CDL A Driver/Dockworker (ON-CALL)

Description

The casual driver position is a part time, on-call position. They provide temporary coverage for regular employees due to illness, vacation, or other absences. Casual drivers work on an as-needed basis and are responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. They may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks and deliver and pick up packages to and from residential and/or commercial properties. Casual drivers must use safe transportation methods and leverage technology to assist with delivery services. Benefits are paid on days worked.

Requirements

• Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement
• Forklift experience
• No restrictions on license
• No accidents within the past 1-2 years

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
