About the role
Location: Jacksonville, FL 32201. Home weekly for reset. Freight: Dry van | 100% no-touch | Primarily drop-and-hook. Weekly home time with a 5–7 day schedule. Florida to Texas regional freight. 100% no-touch dry van loads. International ProStar equipment with APU and inverter. Weekly home time and no-touch freight help create a more straightforward workweek for drivers who want steady miles without the added demands of unloading freight. This position combines a familiar Florida-to-Texas lane, consistent freight, and regular home time with a schedule designed to keep drivers moving. Flint Logistics operates regional and OTR freight lanes throughout the Southeast and Texas markets. Our focus is on dependable freight volumes, structured home time, and providing drivers with the support needed to stay productive on the road.
Pay
CDL-A drivers earn $1,325 to $1,525 per week. Drivers average approximately 2,500 miles per week on a consistent regional lane. A $500 orientation bonus is paid upon completion of orientation.
Schedule
This position runs from Jacksonville, FL to Laredo and Houston, TX. Drivers are out 5–7 days and complete their reset at home.

Orientation
Orientation lasts 3 days. Transportation, hotel, and meals are provided. A $500 orientation bonus is paid upon completion.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Current DOT medical card
- Minimum of 6 months recent regional or OTR experience
