Pay
- Weekly pay: $1,400 to $1,550 based on experience and miles
- Quarterly raises tied to safety record and productivity
- Guaranteed minimum pay after 30 days to protect income during slower freight periods
- Orientation pay: $100 per day with all travel expenses covered
Schedule
- Home weekly scheduling
- Load planning coordinated around available freight, route timing, and weekly mileage expectations
- Dispatch communication provides load timing, route information, and trip details throughout the week
Responsibilities
- Haul a mix of general and refrigerated freight
- Run 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week
Equipment and Technology
- Late-model Kenworth T680 trucks (4 years or newer)
- Automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab 5th wheel release
Support
- Driver Support Specialists assist with route planning, equipment concerns, load-related questions, and other operational needs
- Support available when freight plans or scheduling needs change
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Current medical card
- Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year
