About the role

Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73102. CDL‑A truck drivers seeking steady account structure and better route planning can expect 100% no‑touch dry van freight, consistent freight availability, and weekly home time while operating throughout the lower 48. The role uses 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors equipped with a 1200‑1500‑watt inverter, and drivers may take assigned equipment home when approved. Fuel is available at Love’s, Pilot, and Flying J locations.

Responsibilities

• Haul 100% no‑touch dry van freight (50‑60% drop‑and‑hook, 40‑50% live unload).
• Maintain an average length of haul exceeding 400 miles.
• Park at approved terminals or take the truck home (paid parking not reimbursed).
• Utilize 24‑hour dispatch support.
• Participate in a three‑day paid orientation program ($100 per day, hotel, transportation, meals provided).
• If a driver's medical card has expired, the cost of obtaining a new physical may be reimbursed or covered prior to orientation.
• Adhere to equipment assignment based on terminal availability.

Pay

• Base pay: $1,500 to $1,600 per week (direct deposit).
• Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
• Layover pay: $100 per day (excluding Sunday).
• Orientation pay: $100 per day for three days.

Schedule

Weekly home time is provided. Average length of haul exceeds 400 miles, reducing short‑haul transitions.
