About the Role

Regional Conestoga position offering home weekly for an average of 48 hours. Drivers are averaging $1,800 per week with a percentage-based pay scale starting at 27% and scaling up to 30% based on production.

Pay

Average weekly pay range: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00, with drivers currently averaging $1,800 per week.

• $3,000 sign-on bonus at 90 days of employment (requires at least 6 months of flatbed experience within the last 3 years).
• $500 first load bonus.

Requirements

• 6 months of CDL-A driving experience required.
• At least 6 months of flatbed experience within the last 3 years (for bonus eligibility).
• No DUI’s, DWI’s, or OWI’s in the past five years.
• No record of drug-related criminal activity in the past five years.
• No drug or alcohol activity in a commercial motor vehicle.

Skills

• Driving (CDL-A required).
