Schedule

• HOME EVERY SINGLE WEEK (34-hour reset, guaranteed)
• 5.5 days a week

Responsibilities

• Drive 1,500 miles per week
• Hand-unload dry freight via gravity rollers (no pallet jacks, no lumpers, boxes)
• Unload 2-3 trailers per week

Freight Details

• 75% stays close to home in Texas and Oklahoma
• The rest reaches into Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi

Training

• 3 loads with a mentor
• $200/day while you train — about a week to 10 days
• Assigned your own truck after training and start earning full CPM and unload pay immediately

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL + current DOT Medical Card
• 6+ months tractor-trailer experience
• Clean MVR — no recent accidents or citations
• Willing to hand-unload freight
• Safe, secure parking at home for the company truck
• No accidents/citations/refusals (to maintain $1,400 guarantee)
