Schedule

• Home every single week (34-hour reset guaranteed)
• 5.5 days a week on the road

Responsibilities

• Drive 1,500 miles per week
• Unload 2-3 trailers per week via gravity rollers (no pallet jacks or lumpers)
• 75% of freight stays close to home in Texas and Oklahoma; remaining 25% reaches Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi

Training

• 3 loads with a mentor
• $200/day paid training (about a week to 10 days)
• Full CPM and unload pay start immediately after training

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL + current DOT Medical Card
• 6+ months tractor-trailer experience
• Clean MVR — no recent accidents or citations
• Willing to hand-unload freight
• Safe, secure parking at home for the company truck
• No accidents, citations, or refusals to maintain $1,400 guarantee
