About the role

As a Solution Advisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will make an impact by partnering effectively with clients to implement CDI products according to best practice, guiding customers in change management, and serving as a subject matter expert for respective teams and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner effectively with clients to implement CDI products according to best practice.
  • Guide customers in change management by performing workflow discovery, ensuring adoption, and delivering advanced optimization for assigned Solventum CDI product lines.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for respective teams and solutions as assigned.
  • Understand the client's short- and long-term strategy, program goals, and KPIs.
  • Conduct current-state workflow and configuration reviews with clients implementing Solventum best practice workflows.
  • Partner with clients on suggested workflow optimization changes leveraging Solventum best practices.
  • Advocate for the customer, log issues, and escalate as needed following standard procedures promptly.
  • Own the client relationship and coordinate client-focused interactions throughout the organization.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Accountable for overall annual client satisfaction survey results for the assigned client base.
  • Stay up to date with knowledge of industry changes and product changes.
  • Participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards, corporate policies and procedures, and act in a manner consistent with Solventum values and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience as a CDI specialist or inpatient coder in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • OR High School Diploma/GED AND eleven (11) years of experience as a CDI specialist or inpatient coder in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • One of the following current and valid certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, Auditing: Inpatient Coding Microcredential, CIC, CDIS, or CCDS

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Solventum technology
  • Strong understanding of Clinical Documentation Integrity and the workflow associated with an organization's Revenue Cycle
  • Knowledgeable in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional training
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and teams
  • Experience consulting with clients in health information systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of assigned solutions, services, and products
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge
  • Exceptional client relationship skills
  • Ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacy
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, training skills, and creativity
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills both within the Solution Advisor teams and across departments/divisions
  • Interpersonal skills, professionalism, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic

Schedule

  • Occasional travel may be required up to 50% (domestic)
  • Remote work location
  • New hires with a start date of October 1st, 2025, or later will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment (travel expenses covered by the company)

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The specific compensation offered may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience.
