CDI Solution Advisor (New Health Care Company)

This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to implement CDI products and ensure adoption
• Conduct reviews of client workflows and optimize processes
• Advocate for clients by logging issues and escalating as necessary
• Coordinate client relationships and communications across the organization
• Define and track client satisfaction metrics and KPIs
• Stay updated on industry and product changes
• Participate in corporate programs while adhering to policies and ethical standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher and 7 years of CDI or inpatient coding experience in various environments
• High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of CDI or inpatient coding experience
• Possession of current valid certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CIC, CDIS, CCDS)
• Strong understanding of Clinical Documentation Integrity and revenue cycle workflow
• Exceptional client relationship skills

Pay

$107,600 – $147,950 annually
