CCTV Operator (Sewer)
Description
Atakapa Services, LLC (A Waggoner Company) is seeking a full-time Sewer CCTV Operator to operate a CCTV van and manage a crew in the Birmingham, AL area. This position requires a skilled professional capable of working at a variety of job sites with a strong focus in municipal construction. The ability to effectively communicate, lead, and streamline organization of an effective and efficient job site.
Atakapa Services, LLC. (A Waggoner Company) specializes in evaluating, maintaining and designing rehabilitation methods for sanitary sewer and storm drain infrastructure. We work with municipalities, wastewater utility contractors and engineering firms to inspect, clean, and rehabilitate their underground wastewater and drainage infrastructure. We provide a comprehensive range of services and reports to help our clients address the most complex sewer and storm drain operation and maintenance problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a CCTV van and manage a crew at a variety of job sites
- Display leadership and organizational skills to run job site effectively and efficiently
- Work efficiently with knowledge of the SSES industry
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Sewer CCTV Plumbing/Municipal Construction: 1 year (Plus)
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and motor vehicle record check
Skills
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communication
- Class B CDL (Plus)
- Experience in Municipal construction (Plus)
- Plumbing experience plus municipal construction (Highly preferred)

Compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 / hour
Schedule: 10-hour shift
Work Location: Birmingham, AL
