CCTV Camera Monitoring Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous monitoring of CCTV cameras covering entrances, exits, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking lots, and perimeter locations.
• Report suspicious activity, unauthorized access attempts, safety concerns, or unusual behavior promptly.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and on-site security personnel.
• Support access control procedures for employees, vendors, visitors, and delivery personnel.
• Aid in loss prevention efforts and identify and report security, safety, or operational concerns.
• Complete daily activity reports (DARs), incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and professionally.
• Maintain surveillance equipment and communication devices, reporting malfunctions immediately.
• Ensure professionalism and confidentiality while performing assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous security, CCTV monitoring, warehouse security, or dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and report-writing ability required.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.

Preferred Experience

• CCTV surveillance systems.
• Warehouse or logistics security operations.
• Access control systems.
• Dispatch or control room environments.
• Loss prevention or asset protection experience.

Schedule

This position operates on a full-time schedule from 15:00 to 23:30 (Wednesday through Sunday) with a 24/7 operation environment.
