Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
• Document patient interactions and treatments accurately and timely.
• Adhere to infection control procedures to prevent the spread of disease.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice medicine in the state of West Virginia.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in healthcare administration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple healthcare facilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals.
