We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Position Title: J3 General Mechanic Maintenance Technician (CCF) Columbus, MS (but we don't repeat as heading) - Pay Rate: $49.19/hour - Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time / Our maintenance technicians generally work a four day 10-hour schedule…Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 5:30pm with every fourth Friday scheduled as an 8-hour day (7:00am-3:30pm). Thus we have Pay and Schedule sections. - About The Role: paragraph about supporting IP’s CCF facility, etc. - Position Responsibilities: list of duties (many bullet-like sentences). We need to put them in
  • . - About You: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: list of bullet-like statements (personally exhibit safety..., etc). This could be Skills or Requirements? The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. We have "About You: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities" which includes safety, communication, etc. Could be Skills or Requirements. Also there is a "Required" list: Must be at least age 18, high school diploma, etc. That's Requirements/Qualifications. Then "Preferred" list: Two year Associate Degree..., etc. That's Qualifications or Preferred. We also have "About Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF)" description, and "Why GCF ..." and "We’ve Got You Covered" benefits. Benefits section includes list: Medical, Dental, Life insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Short-term and Long-term Disability 401(k) and Company-funded retirement contributions Paid Time Off. Thus we need Benefits heading with that list. We also have Physical Location of Position: address and phone. Could be maybe not a heading; could be placed in a paragraph under About the role? But we have no specific heading for location; we could include in About the role paragraph or maybe as a separate paragraph. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could include location in About the role paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation contact, etc. Remove those. We must not include duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information. Thus sections: - About the role: combine the paragraph about supporting IP’s CCF facility, plus maybe location? The "About The Role" paragraph: "This position supports International Paper’s Columbus Cellulose Fibers (CCF) facility, located in Columbus, Mississippi. CCF is a vital part of IP’s Global Cellulose Fibers Business. This is a J3 level General Mechanic Maintenance Technician position in an advanced team-based work system. Successful candidates should have the desire and ability to complete scheduled and routine maintenance tasks in a continuous-process industry." We could also add location paragraph after that? But we have separate "Physical Location of Position:" which is substantive. Could include as a paragraph under About the role or maybe as its own section? There's no heading for location; we could just add a

after the About the role content. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "Position Responsibilities". We'll make

    • each item. - Requirements: from "Required" list (must be at least age 18, high school diploma, etc). We'll make
      • . - Qualifications: maybe from "Preferred" list? Or we could combine Required and Preferred under Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says we can have Requirements and Qualifications sections. We'll put Required under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications. - Skills: from "About You: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities" list (personally exhibit safety..., etc). We'll make
        • . - Benefits: from "We’ve Got You Covered" list. - Pay: from Pay Rate $49.19/hour. - Schedule: from Category/Shift description. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation, etc. We must not include navigation, cookie, legal. Thus final HTML fragment:

Check for any duplicated content: we included location paragraph; we didn't include the "About Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF)" description, "Why GCF ..." etc. Those are substantive? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. Should we include that? It's about the business; maybe it's considered substantive but not required for job posting? The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." However we must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that info somewhere. Where to put? Could add a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section like "About Global Cellulose Fibers". But we don't have a heading for that; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph as additional info. The "About Global Cellulose Fibers (GCF)" paragraph: "Our GCF business helps customers transform renewable cellulose fibers into essential everyday products. Our safe, high-quality pulp forms the basis for a wide range of applications like towel and tissue products, diapers, feminine care, incontinence and other personal care products that promote health and wellness. In addition, our specialty pulp serves as a sustainable raw material used in construction materials, paints, coatings and more. GCF generated $2.8B in revenue in 2024 and has 3,300 employees globally, with nine manufacturing facilities and eight regional offices.
