About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Compact Construction Equipment Evaluation Analyst to join our team. This role involves evaluating potential trade-in equipment, coordinating reconditioning efforts, and assisting in the marketing and promotion of used equipment and attachments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all potential trade-in equipment related to compact construction machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to validate and assign accurate trade values.
• Determine whether machines should be classified as wholesale or retail at the time of trade evaluation.
• Assist in organizing the reconditioning of traded equipment to ensure it is ready for sale.
• Aid in marketing efforts for used compact construction equipment and attachments, including writing detailed machine descriptions and monitoring listings for accuracy.
• Help create and maintain an effective process to promote the Certified Used program.

Requirements

• Experience in evaluating and appraising construction equipment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset—able to review, summarize, and establish trends with data.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in assessments and descriptions.
• Knowledge of the compact construction equipment market.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with reconditioning processes for construction equipment.
• Experience in marketing and sales of used machinery.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for equipment evaluation and listing management.
