CCaaS GCP Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner for a Contact Center Cloud Platform (CCaaS and GCP) to lead backlog ownership, prioritization, work definition, and delivery planning for cloud-based contact center capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead backlog grooming and prioritization for CCaaS GCP platform.
• Translate business requirements into implementation-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate cross-enterprise stakeholder management and PI planning.
• Drive delivery of capabilities including voice routing, conversational AI, and omnichannel engagement.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Product Owner or Agile delivery experience.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-based platforms (GCP preferred).
• Strong expertise in SAFe or Agile frameworks and PI Planning.
• Technical background in CCaaS technologies and contact center operations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
