The Role (In-Home Services)

• Work one-on-one with children in their home environments to implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Run structured sessions that include skill acquisition, behavior support, data collection, and caregiver collaboration.
• Ensure consistency, professionalism, and adaptability in each home environment.
• Build rapport with both children and caregivers while maintaining clinical boundaries.
• Receive ongoing BCBA guidance, feedback, and support to ensure effective, ethical, and goal-aligned sessions.
