- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT tools
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and basic cybersecurity concepts
