Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT tools

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and basic cybersecurity concepts
