CBHC Clinician, Gardner
About the role
This position provides mental health and care coordination services to children, adults, and their families at our Community Behavioral Health Clinic in Gardner.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family and/or group mental health therapy for CBHC-engaged clients
- Participate in development and implementation of treatment planning and coordination of care as appropriate
- Provide same-day and urgent care access to clients, and support services for transitions of care
- Provide education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate, and conduct psycho-social assessments for assigned clients
- Offer services in clinic-based, school-based, or community-based outreach settings according to clinical need
- Attend in-service trainings on evidence-based best practices and other topics as appropriate
- Attend and participate in treatment planning meetings, staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and other meetings as required or assigned
- If providing services to children/adolescents, provide linkages to after-school programming and related pro-social activities for referred youth as appropriate
Requirements
- A Clinical Master's degree required with post-master experience preferred in treatment of adults, children, and/or families
- Eligible for or hold highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC I, or LABA)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

$50,000 - $63,000/year
